When Everyone Leads™ Facilitator

Learn to successfully deliver highly interactive and inspiring leadership-development tools to college students and adult learners at all levels through the Kansas Leadership Center’s popular When Everyone Leads™ program. You will train to become a qualified facilitator for the program, enabled to empower others to seize opportunities and address tough challenges in a company or community.

Through a three-day certification program, you will become a facilitator trained to guide participant learning outcomes. You will learn to adapt program examples and exercises and use course materials to support your work at the front of the room. As a participant, you will demonstrate a basic level of proficiency by passing an assessment when teaching the When Everyone Leads™ sessions.
