With the use of a structured set of tools, you will be able to ask tough questions, determine root causes, and find permanent solutions to any problems that arise.

The Yellow Belt course will provide you with an introduction to Lean Six Sigma and how individuals and teams can use it to improve customer satisfaction, reduce errors, increase efficiencies, and work more effectively with teams to solve problems.
