Through the Lean Six Sigma business management system, you will learn how to improve your organization’s bottom line by creating, measuring, and monitoring everyday business activities to reduce waste, make fewer mistakes, and increase customer satisfaction. With the use of a structured set of tools, you will be able to ask tough questions, determine root causes, and find permanent solutions to any problems that arise.

The Green Belt course will provide you with the tools, methods and skills needed to effectively implement a medium-sized process-improvement project in your own work environment. You will examine process-improvement techniques such as Six Sigma, Lean, and Theory of Constraints and acquire valuable skills and tools through individual and team exercises to maximize learning.
