Description
The leadership coaching microcredential will provide you with the knowledge and skills to coach individuals and groups using professional coaching frameworks grounded in leadership theory. Content covers coaching competencies, ethics, group and individual dynamics, organizational dynamics, and interpersonal communication. You will practice coaching through simulations and real-world contexts, tailoring your coaching to meet the needs of various audiences.
The content spans three graduate-level courses (9 credit hours). You must earn a 3.0 GPA across all courses to earn a digital badge. In addition, you will be prepared to pursue an International Coaching Federation (ICF) credential or continue into advanced graduate study.
Complete the following courses in sequential order:
- LEAD 720 – Leadership Coaching (3 credits)
- LEAD 745 – Advanced Coaching (3 credits)
- LEAD 799 – Applied Coaching Practicum (3 credits)
