Inclusive Management in Business

College of Business Administration

Description:

Being an inclusive leader matters to you, your team, and your business’s success. With workplace demographics becoming more racially and ethnically diverse, five generations working, 10% of millennials identifying with LGBTQ+ communities and more, the workplace is more diverse than ever before. To be an inclusive leader, you must understand the workplace experiences of these employees in order to foster equity and belonging.

This course will equip you with frameworks to understand diversity in the workplace and to be able to explain to others why it matters. You will be introduced to identity groups through key historical events, statistics, and patterns of experiences for these groups in the workplace and identify opportunities to build inclusion and belonging.
