Learn and apply divergent facilitation tools to generate ideas, create possibilities, generate buy in, honor diverse perspectives and help groups move past limitations to find possible solutions. Each tool will be explained and explored, use cases will be determined and participants will practice utilizing the tool in a facilitative session.

The tools covered will include:

  • anonymous prioritizing
  • bridge building
  • affinity diagrams
  • mind mapping
  • fishbone diagrams
  • sticky walls
  • rotating flip charts (and other charette models)
  • brainstorming
