Learn and apply convergent facilitation tools to help groups analyze ideas, narrow and refine thoughts and options and progress logically to their top solutions. Each tool will be explained and explored, use cases will be determined and participants will practice utilizing the tool in a facilitative session.

The tools covered will include:
