This microcredential provides a comprehensive overview of AI’s applications across key HR functions, including recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation and benefits, and training and development. You will learn how to effectively integrate AI tools into HR strategies to enhance organizational competitiveness in the “war for talent.” This course also addresses the ethical considerations of AI in HR, ensuring responsible and fair implementation.
To successfully complete the microcredential and earn a digital badge, you must achieve a minimum passing score of 70% and complete an AI in HR implementation plan.
